In addition to utility locating, we also provide dispatching and administration services for our clients. We are able to oversee all locate request procedures from the moment a locate request is created through Ontario 1 Call, to the final stages of providing the contractor/homeowner with a finished map of the work area once the physical locate has been completed. When we provide utility locating services combined with dispatching/administration, it allows us to always ensure the contractor/homeowner receives their locate paperwork within the 7-day time frame as set by On1Call.
Furthermore, we track all hours worked by the DPT's in the field and manage the billing/office side of the locate request process. We also provide 24-hour On-Call emergency services in order to monitor any emergency locate requests that may occur during regular working hours or after hours. Essentially this removes the burden of the entire locate request process from our clients, in order to allow them to focus on their own production needs. Our clients can rest assured that all utility locates pertaining to their infrastructure are being completed accurately on-time in a cost-effective manner.
